Who we are
This policy covers fintrilo.com, operated by Fintrilo LLC, 1521 Concord Pike, Suite 301, Wilmington, DE 19803 ("Fintrilo", "we", "us").
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, the funding amount you request, your approximate monthly revenue, time in business, industry, state, intended use of funds, an estimated credit score range, and anything you write in a message.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and campaign tags in the links you used.
- Consent records: the wording you agreed to and when, so we can show what you consented to.
We save application information as you go, so if you stop partway through we may still contact you about the information you've already given us.
How we use it
To review your request, match you with funding or payment products, contact you by phone, text and email about your request, keep records of your consent, improve our website and services, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting, communications and data storage providers), and, to process your request, with funding partners and payment processors who may evaluate your business. Any credit check is done only with your authorization at a later stage, not when you pre-qualify. We also share information when the law requires it.
Calls and text messages
If you agree, we may call or text you at the number you provide, including with automated technology and prerecorded messages. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Security and retention
Information is sent over encrypted connections and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
